FreeThe LED FastTrac program is based on the Kauffman FastTrac program.
10 weekly sessions are designed to support entrepreneur and small business startups in the Bayou Region, with guest speakers aiding in the program experience.
Topics in this program include:
Exploring the Entrepreneurial Lifestyle, Idea to Concept, Market Research and Analysis, Business Model and Design, Pricing Strategy, Reaching the Market, Management and teams, Funding Needs and Financial Assumptions, The Business Plan, Launch and Looking Ahead
Sessions begin: Tuesday, September 7, 2023 at 4:00 – 7:00 pm
